Objective

 

Support LEPL National Agency of State Property at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.

Services
Analyze legal and procedural issues hindering state-owned enterprises’ merger, liquidation, and bankruptcy.


Results

PMC Research developed detailed recommendations for streamlining and simplifying these processes, and produced:

  1. Outline of the current bankruptcy and liquidation procedures at NASP
  2. Policy framework and procedures for streamlining and simplifying SOE merger, liquidation and bankruptcy processes
  3. Recommendation on determining non-operational SOE’s disposal
